   Precision Casting Process Operating Procedures:
1, remove the wax tank from the insulation tank, installed in the double-bit hydraulic wax mold injection machine, the use of wax before the material should be removed and hard wax.
2, the mold on the press table on the table positioning, check the mold all the core position is correct, the mold injection wax mouth and the injection machine is the correct contact wax mouth.
3, check the mold opening and closing is smooth.
4, open the mold, spray thin layer of agent.
5, in accordance with the technical provisions of the adjustment press time cycle, including the injection pressure, injection temperature, holding time, cooling time.
6, each cycle is completed, out of the core, open the mold, carefully remove the wax mold, according to the requirements into the cooling water or storage plate. Note that the following defective    wax mold should be scrapped:

7, remove the mold on the remaining mold material, pay attention to only use bamboo knife, metal blade can not be used to remove residual mold material, to prevent mold cavity and sub-surface damage.
8, close the mold, the next suppression wax mold. Each class get off work or mold use is completed, the application of soft cloth or cotton swab cleaning mold, the use of screws to fasten the mold.
